Jackson Hill began playing the bass at the age of 10 and has since forged a genre-eschewing path performing alongside artists including Son Lux, Rafiq Bhatia, Xenia Rubinos, and William Brittelle. Jackson’s Rabbit Feather EP, his first release as a producer and composer, juxtaposes synthetic soundscapes against living, breathing instrumental performances, with the bass serving as a recurring point of departure for sampling and manipulation. Jackson was Born and Raised in North Carolina and currently resides in Jersey City, New Jersey.
